Hi!!!!
Here we are again, 5th A & B. Last week, 30th January, we celebrated Peace Day. In class, we were learning more about Gandhi and Martin L. King. They both ‘fought’ and even gave their lives to get a better world for all of us. Their techniques were always non-violent, trying to change other people’s wrong ideas with the strength of their values and their own example as pacifists. We hope we are all able of changing the world using the same ‘weapons’: our voices, values and one idea: we are all equal.
Here you the pictures of our posters: we included a short biography, some quotations and our own peace symbols.
“Peace will not come out a clash of arms but out of justice lived and done by unarmed nations.” Gandhi
“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” Martin L. King, Jr

In the following website you have different PET listening, writing and reading activities students may use to reinforce their training. The more they practice the better results they get. Students may reinforce these contents when they have finished their activites in the IT lab. I hope you can give it a good use!
