Hi everyone!
Christmas time is coming and 4 eso students already want to start living the Christmas spirit… and what could be better than preparing some activities for the little ones? Yes, that’s right! tha’t exactly what we’ve done. They’ve prepared different acts to do with  primary 1 and 2: Christmas play, treasure hunt, crafts and face painting. Here’re some picts I took while they were doing the activities. Just sit back and enjoy!

Hi everyone!
The iPad let’s us do many new things and we like making the most of the Apps we have. This week we’ve used a new App for a final term project: a timeline. Students have worked in small groups to produce timelines about a topic of their choice (make-up, logos, mobile phones, cars…). We’ve learnt a lot about their past, present and also they’ve ventured to make predictions for the future! Here’re you are the result of their great work. Enjoy!

Practising Christmas vocabulary!

Posted: December 15, 2014 in Uncategorized
Hi everyone,
This week I have mostly been helping students with their Christmas plays and other activities proposed by their teachers.
I have found some nice story starters where students can practise Christmas  themed vocabulary as well as creative writing. They can be printed and used in class during last days of school before the holiday break.I hope you will find them useful.

Hi everyone,
Here is the link to the website I use quite often to looking for some vocabulary worksheets.
This time I have needed it for natural disasters vocabulary. It has been introduced as key vocabulary in 4th primary in Unit 8.
This website offers some vocabulary and speaking exercises where students have to identify the disasters on the pictures, describe them and their effect on humans. There is also other theme vocabulary in other exercises on the website. I hope you will like it.
