Hi everyone,
In 5th primary we keep on working on passive versus active voice as students still find it difficult. During English classes students have  concentrated on present and past passive. The website I would like to recommend offers some printable worksheets that can be used as reinforcement activities. The most useful ones are the quizes which include questions and answers using passive voice.

Speculation and Deduction!

Posted: December 1, 2014 in REVISION ACTIVITIES
Hello everyone!
We’ve been working on modal verbs last week and this week in 4 eso. Students got into small groups and did an activity to help them understand better the different uses and meaning of verbs for speculation and deduction. This is the result: summarising tables and visual diagrams. They’re really self-explaining. Hope you’ll find them useful!
All best,
María Esther

Modal Verbs!

Posted: November 27, 2014 in Uncategorized
Hi everyone,
This week 6th primary students have started learning modal verbs.
I have explained the usage to them and how these verbs change their forms in different tenses. We did some oral activities from the SB and ss had to give examples of sentences using modal verbs as permission, request, deduction, ability etc.
To reinforce I have found some printable activities with different modals. Here is the link to the website:
I hope you will find it useful too.
