Having fun with TAFAD students!

Posted: March 22, 2015 in Uncategorized

Hi everyone,

As we have had the fortune of counting on some trainee teachers, we have been “using” them to engage the students in speaking activities that both students and trainee teachers enjoyed thoroughly. The aim of the activities have been to find out information from each other on interests, hobbies, favourite sports, personal information and then relate what they learnt about each other to the rest of the class.

We also had a series of practical sessions where one group lead the other group for a prep lanes activity. Patricia’s group prepared a session on hockey practice for Yessica’s group, which worked very well and the students managed to keep in English most of the time. Yessica’s group then prepared a session on various games and activities for Patricia’s group, which again worked very well and was very entertaining. Well done to all of you!
